not used them myself, but i made my own set up with some stuff from the hardware store. i would suggest finding a supply company near you and going there and asking for tips and stuff. the screens i have seen at art supply stores are not very good. they are usually too small, the screen gauge is too big. and the frame is really flimsy.
you'd probably have more luck rigging something up of your own.

I saw that, and I was all ready to buy it until I remembered that if it's too good to be true, it probably is. I'd be careful buying anything like that. There was a screen printing tutorial I had found that I think may be decent which you can check out here - http://www.usscatastrophe.com/zettwoch/silkscreen.htmlI say I think it may be decent because I've never tried it out, but it may be worth a look.

Unless you're seriously only doing 1 or 2 projects ever, don't bother with those kits. The stuff they include is cheap as cheap can be and won't last for shit. Find a screenprint supply shop in yr area or online and get decent stuff. It actually won't cost you all that much more, and the headaches the quality materials will save you are more than well worth it.

I have used a screen printer a few times. We have one for the shop.. To print our shop tees. I will find out what model it is, and let you know. I don't think it costed much, and it does a pretty decent job.

It's really easy to do a DIY screen printing set up. Quality will be way way waaay better, it's fairly cheap and you can pretty much do whatever you want, without size limitations. There's countless tutorials on DIY screen printing. Have a look: http://nomediakings.org/doityourself/ho ... hirts.html
