I'm surprised this incredible Dutch spacy stoner doom band is not mentioned more often on this board. With their second album 'II' they created the most amazing record in years. A 2-LP with 4 songs, one on each side. Spacy doom doesn't get heavier and more intense than this. The name Toner Low describes the band perfectly, they go fuckin' low! Speaking about the vinyl release of II, it sounds HUUUUUUUUGE! In fact I always bring it when visiting friends trying out new hifi. It's really great when testing speakers. If Toner Low can take this sound further on their next album, I'm gonna cream my pants over and over again. In my doom world they are kings. Chech 'em out, they're massive: http://www.myspace.com/tonerlowstonerdoom

Good band. Reminded me of Sleep (Jerusalem). We played a gig with em once,in a converted WW2 bunker in early 2006 in Holland. Nice guys too.

Yep, that's what initially got me hooked after hearing one song from II. The sound is absolutely huge as said... unfortunately that's about the only thing worth mentioning. Not enough substance - riffwise it's pretty uninspired. Ditched the album.

I had one of their albums (I believe I traded it to Doomsmoker) and it did absolutely nothing for me. As boring as Ufomammut

Better switch your position back to normal, typing out of your arse still omits some words.
