Speaking of Lovecrafty, in my continuing effort to catch up on all the Stephen King's I've missed out on in recent years. Currently almost finished:

And so far I must say it's very very enjoyable. None of the usual King potholes such as overblown good vs evil arch or ridiculous deux ex machina. Just enjoyable written weird shit with some nice Lovecraft touches. Shall see how it turns out in the last hundred pages or so.
