That's from an amp, right, and not from a cab?

Same as the one on most of my amps. Not sure if the cabs had different, some of my amps have a bigger flat metal panel one.

I thought the bigger, flat metal ones were from the cabs, and the smaller milled/stamped metal ones were from the heads.

The 120Rs have the bigger, flat badges.

I did some googling, looks like they used both styles on both cabs and heads.

I've got an SC 120 and 4x12, they both have matching badges - heavy chunky letters! Can't date 'em exactly. Might end up having to sell both in the next year, sadly.

Not mine, but do want: I've been looking for an early Sound City 4x12 or SC/Hiwatt Fanes to drop in my Emperor. Anyone play these? I wanna pair that up with my B100. Got the L100 going to an old Marshall 8x10 loaded with 4x12 M55/M75 Scumbacks.

Looks like my Sound City cab, except mine doesn't have its badge.

Does it have the original Fane speakers? How do you like them (if so) and the cab itself and what head are you using? The early ones are non-ported, rear loading, right? Tony

I've had a sound city cab on hold at a local shop for months now, waiting for my SVT to sell to pay for it. Looks and sounds fantastic, but I haven't gotten to put my own SC120 head on it yet.
